MobileHomeBid collects information you provide when creating an account, listing a home, placing bids, or contacting sellers. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.

Information we collect

• Account information (name, email, phone, company)
• Listing and bid activity
• Questions and messages on listings
• Usage analytics via Vercel Analytics

How we use information

To operate the marketplace, send transactional notifications (outbid alerts, auction results), prevent fraud, and improve the service.

Sharing

Bidder display names and public Q&A are visible on active listings. We do not sell personal information. Service providers (hosting, email) process data on our behalf.
