MobileHomeBid.com ("MobileHomeBid", "we", "us") operates an online auction marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of used manufactured homes. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Marketplace role

MobileHomeBid is a meeting place only. The contract of sale is directly between buyer and seller. We do not take title, hold funds, or guarantee condition of any home.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Listings

Sellers represent that information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. All listings are subject to admin review before going live.

Prohibited conduct

You may not manipulate auctions, shill bid, list fraudulent inventory, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileHomeBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
